EachStep home care is a specialist service that helps individuals in North Manchester with dementia to continue to live independently in their own homes.

We deliver a range of support to people with dementia in their own homes, day and night, to give them security, independence and comfort. Whether you want our assistance every day or for just a few hours a week, we will provide you with a package of support that is specifically built around you and your needs.

Here are a few examples of how we can help you:

Personal Care –support getting in and out of bed, going to the bathroom, showering or washing, getting dressed or undressed, help with medication or preparing meals.

Domestic and practical services – support with household tasks such as shopping, laundry, ironing or housework.

Social support – accompaniment to appointments, leisure or social activities.

Respite services – offering respite to family carers whenever necessary, including overnight and at weekends.

Who will be supporting me?

We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional service to all of our clients. Our staff are specially trained in dementia care and have all of the skills and personal qualities necessary to deliver excellent support.

All our support workers are fully CRB checked and are committed to providing you with a professional, friendly and supportive service. Where possible, you will be supported by a consistent staff team, so you can develop a great relationship with your carers and they can become familiar with you and your needs.

How will my support be arranged?

We ensure that our appointments are convenient to you, whether you want to book your appointments weeks in advance or need support at short notice. Should you ever be in a   crisis situation, such as your family carers being unavailable or you becoming ill, you can call on us and we will support you at the earliest possible opportunity.
